Booking and Cancellation Policy – Zait HaMidbar Farm

Order cancellations will be made in accordance with the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the regulations enacted thereunder, insofar as they apply to the transaction. In addition, and subject to any law, the following cancellation terms will apply:

Check-in and Check-out Times

• Check-in (Tents/Cabins): From 15:00.
• Check-out: By 11:00.

Cancellation Terms

• Cancellation made 14 calendar days or more before the check-in date – No cancellation fee.
• Cancellation made between 13 and 7 calendar days before the check-in date – Cancellation fee of 15% of the total order.
• Cancellation made between 6 and 3 calendar days before the check-in date – Cancellation fee of 40% of the total order.
• Cancellation made between 2 days and 1 calendar day before the check-in date – Cancellation fee of 70% of the total order.
• Cancellation on the day of check-in or in case of a No Show – Charge of the full order amount.

How to Submit a Cancellation Notice

Requests for cancellation or modification of a reservation must be submitted in writing via email, WhatsApp message, or any other communication method published by the farm. The date the cancellation notice is received by the farm is the determining date for calculating cancellation fees.

Payment Methods and Billing

Reservations will be secured using the payment details provided by the guest. In case of cancellation or no-show in accordance with this policy, the farm reserves the right to charge the provided payment method with the applicable cancellation fees.

Changing Reservation Dates

The farm's management may, but is not obligated to, allow a change of reservation dates instead of canceling the order, subject to availability and at its sole discretion.

Force Majeure and Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of force majeure, directives from a competent authority, security situations, natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or any exceptional circumstance beyond the farm's control that prevents the stay, the farm reserves the right to offer alternative dates or a credit for future use, depending on the circumstances.
